INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Please respect your arrival and departure times. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please notify the host directly to best organize your arrival.
You must vacate the apartment by 10 AM at the latest, and you commit to this.
Non-smoking apartment!
The reservation is nominative. If you use a pseudonym on your Airbnb account, access to the apartment will be denied. Furthermore, if a minor is to stay, they must be accompanied by an adult.
Any person not included in the contract between the traveler and the tenant is not permitted to stay in the apartment for more than a few hours.
The maximum capacity is 4 people.
No gatherings or festive events are permitted.
Please do not cause any noise disturbances out of respect for the building's residents.
We ensure that the accommodation is as welcoming and well-maintained as possible upon each arrival. I ask that you be respectful of the furniture and supplies, which are intended for normal body types. An invoice will be sent to you via Airbnb for each damaged or broken item (inventory will be taken before your arrival and upon your departure).
Please do not use bath towels as beach towels. If you go to the beach, please dust off the sand before entering the apartment and taking a shower, to avoid clogging the drains.
You must not move the furniture.
Our animal friends are not allowed!
Trash must be taken out, dishes washed, and the apartment must be tidy at a minimum. Please return it as you received it upon arrival. We will take care of the rest. An additional charge will be requested if this is not respected.
Any non-compliance with the clauses of the internal regulations will result in immediate expulsion without the possibility of a refund for your stay.
