INTERNAL RULES

Please respect your arrival and departure times. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please inform the host directly so that we can organise your arrival as efficiently as possible.

You must vacate the flat by 10 a.m. at the latest and you undertake to do so.

No smoking in the flat! You may smoke on the balcony on condition that you close the window so that the smoke does not enter and that you do not leave ashes or cigarette ends.

Reservations are by name only. If you use a pseudonym on your airbnb account, access to the flat will be refused. Furthermore, if a minor comes to stay, he or she must be accompanied by an adult.

Any person outside the contract between the traveller and the tenant is not allowed to stay in the flat for more than a few hours.
The maximum capacity is 4 people.

No gatherings or festive events are permitted.
Please do not cause any noise nuisance out of respect for the residents of the building.

We want every arrival to be as welcoming and tidy as possible. I would ask you to be respectful of the furniture and fittings, which are designed for people of normal build. An invoice will be sent to you via airbnb for any item damaged or broken (inventory of fixtures before your arrival and on your departure).

Please do not use towels as beach towels. If you go to the beach, dust off the sand before entering the flat and the shower, to avoid clogging the drains.

Furniture must not be moved.

Pets are not allowed!

The rubbish bins must be taken out, the washing up done and the flat tidied up as a minimum.

Please leave the apartment as you found it on arrival. We will take care of the rest. A supplement will be charged if this is not respected.

Parents are entirely responsible for children on the terrace. Safety is not guaranteed.
Any breach of these rules will result in immediate expulsion with no refund of your stay.

Cancellation

Cancelling 0–5 days before arrival incurs a 100% penalty.
